 WHERE IS MY ORDER? HAS MY ITEM BEEN SHIPPED YET?

We try to get it to you ASAP

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. You will be able to track your order once you get an email stating your order has shipped. Open that email to find a tracking number. Click the link to go directly to the carrier's website. 

2.  If you haven't received this email, that means your order is still processing. If you haven't received that email within a week, please contact us at momokfashion@gmail.com  

Pro-Tip: When we receive orders, we normally need 3-7 business days to process per order. There can be potential delays due to a shortage of supply or a holiday. When such an event occurs, keep a lookout for an email!

We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages; or any other delay due to the shipping service. So keep a watchful eye on your mailman. For any other issues, please contact us.

 

 CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

We can change your order details (address, item size, item color, etc.) while I'm processing your order (3-7 business days). We cannot make any changes to your order once your package has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as you can, or cancel within 2 days after the order was placed. 

 

 CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT?

Unfortunately, no. We're very sorry! Shipping from us to the customer and vice-versa is an expensive process. And because we sell our items at reasonable prices, our items are not up for return. For this reason, we strongly advise you on purchase your item with confidence. If there's any confusion concerning size/quality, please contact us at momokfashion@gmail.com or DM at Instagram @Yihfoo_store . We are happy to help and reply ASAP. So please feel free to ask!

 

 I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?

We're sorry to hear this! If you've received your order and something's wrong with it, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please take a picture of it when you contact us. We check every item personally, so we take these issues seriously!

 

 HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT GENERALLY TAKE?

All of our items offer FREE SHIPPING. Girl, what you waiting for!?

Shipping/transit time will vary per country and shipping service. Feel free to contact us. We will try our best to help.

 GOT MY PACKAGE BUT THERE'S A FEE. WHAT'S THE DEAL?

Custom(s) fees are determined by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office before place order. We do not determine nor issue additional fees at Yihfoo store. We can't control and are not responsible for those fees. We will try our best to prep your package to avoid custom(s) taxes. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for any customs fees accrued.

 

♥ WHY I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

If you received only part of your order, don't worry! You will receive the rest of your order in another package. Sometimes we split the items into multiple packages so to save you and us additional shipping fees.
